Account Registration

Certain services may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery timelines depend on product type, destination, and selected courier service. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery. Customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or order errors. All claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Defective Products and Limitations

Slight variations (±2.5%) in color, cutting, and material are industry standard and do not constitute defects. Claims outside these thresholds may be reviewed for refund or reproduction eligibility.

Customer Submitted Artwork

All artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, and in approved file formats (.AI, .PDF, .EPS). You are solely responsible for the ownership and licensing of submitted files. Pakfactory is not liable for copyright infringement.

Content License and Copyright

Artwork submitted to Pakfactory is used solely for the purpose of production. We do not claim ownership. All content on our website is owned or licensed by Pakfactory and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express permission.

Overruns and Proofing

We reserve the right to ship up to ±8% over or under the ordered quantity. Digital or physical proofs are provided on request; the customer assumes full responsibility for proof approval.

Payments

Payment must be made in full before production begins. Accepted methods include major credit cards, ACH, and PayPal. Invoices are issued electronically. A late payment fee of 2% per month may apply after the due date.

Website Usage

All site content, including text, images, code, and layout, is protected. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of our site without written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms. Pakfactory is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or security of these external sites.

Disclaimers and Governing Law

All services are provided “as-is” without warranty. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California, USA.
